Noemi Fedele was born in Prato on 11 February 1997. She developed at Tuscan clubs Empoli and Fiorentina, proving to be a reliable second-choice goalkeeper at both clubs. Three clean sheets in five appearances for Empoli in 2020/21 are testament to this. She arrived at AC Milan in the summer of 2021 and made her Rossonere debut in a 2-0 victory over Cittadella in the Coppa Italia in November.
