SLO DEPARTMENT

The Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) is a figure introduced by UEFA to facilitate and improve relations between the Club and its fans. The main task of the SLO is to ensure a correct and constructive rapport between all parties, promoting dialogue and making sure that all fans feel heard and engaged.

Among the services provided by the SLO there is also an informative document dedicated to fans accompanying the Men's First Team in away matches.

One week prior to the event, the SLO shares the "Away Fan Guide", a document containing useful information regarding travel, stadium access procedures, stadium regulations, and mobility within the host city.
