Laura Giuliani was born in Milan on 5 June 1993 and mostly developed as a player at Como 2000, the team she played for when she made her Serie A debut in October 2011. In 2012, she joined German top-flight side Gütersloh. After spending five seasons abroad (she also played for Herforder, FC Köln and Freiburg), she returned to Italy in 2017 after a move to Juventus. As a starter for the Bianconere, she won four consecutive Scudetto titles, the Coppa Italia once and the Supercoppa Italiana twice, also being included in the Team of the Year on two occasions. Giuliani joined AC Milan in the summer of 2021 and made her debut in the team's historic showdown against FC Zürich in the preliminary stages of the Women's Champions League, amassing 73 appearances in her first three seasons in all competitions. She extended her contract in the summer of 2024. She has also excelled at international level for Italy: as of June 2024, she's made 86 Azzurre appearances and was involved in Euro 2017 & 2022 and the 2019 & 2023 World Cup.
