Nikola Karczewska was born on 16 October 1999 in Zielonka, Poland, and spent the early stages of her career at UKS Ząbkovia Ząbki and SMS Łódź, where she made her First Team debut in 2015. She made it to the Polish top flight with Górnik Łęczna in 2019, contributing to their league and national cup title wins in her first season. After 40 goals in 41 matches across her first two seasons, she moved to Fleury in France (ten goals in 21 French league appearances). Her career levelled up in the following season, playing in the Women's Super League with Tottenham. She bagged four goals in 19 appearances, a performance that improved even further in the 2023/24 season, when she became the top scorer for Bayer Leverkusen, scoring 10 goals in 20 appearances. She signed with AC Milan on a two-year contract. Since 2019, she has been part of the Polish Women's National Team, scoring eight goals in 27 games as of June 2024.
