What a shame! The first home defeat of the season for the Milan Primavera, who were chased down by Cremonese and beaten 3-2 at the PUMA House of Football. We've some regrets, as the Rossoneri were deservedly two up at the start of the second half, going close to making it three. One passage of play proved decisive as Paloschi picked up two yellow cards in the space of a few minutes and left us as a 10-man team that the visitors managed to exploit and turn things around in the last 20 minutes. Goals from Comotto - his first for the Primavera - and Bonomi were not enough to secure a Rossoneri home win.
It's a difficult outcome to stomach, but we will have to get ready to go again, taking stock of the good things to come out of the rainy afternoon in Milan: starting with the good passages of play in the first half and the good movement on the ball which saw us pursuing various options up front; or the individual performances, a mention must be made of Victor's seasonal debut, back from a long injury spell. We'll be looking for a relaunch with the next fixtures, starting with Europe: on Tuesday 22 October at 14:00 CEST, we will face Club Brugge in the Youth League, live on the AC Milan Official App.

MATCH REPORT
The first Rossoneri chance came after just six minutes, when a long build-up finished with a shot from Stalmach being saved by Malovec. Good initiative from Perera in the 8th minute, closed out with an assist for Șiman who forced the opposition keeper into a save. In the 18th minute, it was Scotti's turn to engage Malovec with a powerful shot from outside the box. We opened the scoring just before the half-hour mark, in the 29th minute: restart, Stalmach's shot was saved, Comotto picked it up on the rebound to secure his first goal for the Primavera. The Rossoneri lead didn't really change the pace of the game and in the 40th minute, the visitors had a chance through Ragnoli who went one-on-one with Mastrantonio but couldn't head home. With the help of the post, Ragnoli created another chance for the Grigiorossi in injury time.
The second half couldn't have started better: after just 56 seconds, Bonomi flew through the air to head in a corner past Malovec. We tried again from another corner through Paloschi in the 52nd minute but Lottici cleared it off the line. Drama in the 55th minute when the Rossoneri went down to ten men as Paloschi picked up his second yellow. The incident had an inevitable impact on the direction of the game. Stalmach almost made it three in the 68th minute as he hit the crossbar from a free kick. But Cremonese managed possession and managed to go level through Gabbiani (72') and Nahrudnyy (76'). The Rossoneri tried to turn things around with the substitutions in the 82nd minute, but the visitors scored once again through Gabbiani who pulled off some acrobatics in the box to beat Mastrantonio. In the final moments, the Primavera tried courageously with Victor making a return, but the three points went to the Grigiorossi at the final whistle.
