TEAM AT WORK AHEAD OF JUVENTUS

The team were at Milanello today after having been given a day off by head coach Sérgio Conceição. They met for breakfast before heading to the dressing room to get ready for the session ahead of the Juventus game in Serie A at the Allianz Stadium on Saturday evening.

REPORT
Training began in the gym where the players activated their muscles, before heading out onto the pitch to finish the warm-up with some themed rondos. This was then followed by possession and finishing drills and tactical work. The session concluded with the usual game on a reduced pitch.

FRIDAY 17 JANUARY
The plan for tomorrow is to train in the morning, and then Sérgio Conceição will give his pre-match conference at 13.30 CET. His words will be broadcast on the AC Milan Official App and Milan TV.
