MILANELLO: THE TEAM CONTINUE THEIR WORK

The squad were at Milanello this morning to train in preparation for the next league fixture that sees AC Milan face Genoa on Sunday 15 December at 20:45 CET at San Siro.

The group were straight out onto the pitch for muscular activation work using cones and obstacles before rondos in groups. With the warm-up over, training continued with a series of technical exercises focused on possession and then other exercises based on attack and defence, ahead of the usual training match on a reduced pitch that closed out the session.

SATURDAY 14 DECEMBER
Training will be in the morning and Coach Fonseca will speak in a press conference at 14:15 CET, live on the AC Milan Official App and Milan TV.
