FULL SQUAD AT MILANELLO

The full squad was back at Milanello following the international break today for lunch before heading to the changing rooms for training ahead of the next league game when AC Milan will face Juventus on Saturday 23 November at 18:00 CET at San Siro.

The Rossoneri were straight out onto the pitch for muscular activations followed by athletic work with help from cones and obstacles. With the warm-ups finished, the session continued with possession work and a series of technical exercises for attack and defence ahead of the tactical part, concluded by the usual training match on a reduced pitch.

Tomorrow, there will be a session in the afternoon.
