With all of the Rossoneri's internationals back at Milanello, the whole group met up for lunch today before getting down to work.

Those who had been away on international duty did recovery work in the gym. Meanwhile, the other members of the squad activated their muscles and then took to the pitch, where they finished their warm-up with a few athletic exercises. After a series of possession drills, the session finished with a practice match in mixed teams with the Primavera on a small pitch (two 20-minute halves).
FRIDAY 20 OCTOBER
The Rossoneri will train in the morning tomorrow.
