ENDURANCE AND TECHNICAL EXERCISES FOR THE GROUP

Having returned overnight from Empoli, the Rossoneri met up this morning at Milanello where, greeted by a beautiful sunny day, they held their post-match training session.

REPORT
A cool-down in the gym for yesterday's starting eleven. After muscle activation on the pitch, the other members of the squad took to the pitch and began with some rondos before carrying out a series of technical drills. At the end of the first part, the group began specific work on possession while the goalkeepers trained with the coaches; further technical work on finishing before closing today's session.
