TECHNCAL-TACTICAL WORK FOR THE ROSSONERI

The Rossoneri trained this afternoon. The group met at Milanello for lunch before heading down to the changing rooms to prepare for today's session. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were also present at the Sports Centre today for the team's training.

REPORT
The group started off in the gym, where they carried out their muscle activation warm-up before heading out to the pitch where they continued the warm-up phase with a series of athletic sprints. After the first instalment of training, the team began a series of technical exercises which were carried out with silhouettes to assist. The group was then divided in two: one group engaged in further technical exercises with a focus on finishing, the second had tactical work, with a particular focus on the defensive phase of the game. To conclude the session, the customary match on a reduced pitch.
