MILANELLO: TACTICS AND TECHNIQUE

With the Milan Derby set to take place at San Siro on Saturday 5 February at 18:00, the Rossoneri returned to Milanello today for another training session under the supervision of coach Pioli and his staff.

REPORT
This morning the players met up for breakfast before heading to the gym for the first session of the day. Then the team went out onto the central pitch, in the presence of Paolo Maldini, where they carried out a series of sprints to finish off their muscle activation. In the session of today's training, time was allotted to tactical and technical exercises.

FRIDAY 4 FEBRUARY
Tomorrow's programme includes a training session in the morning with team breakfast beforehand. At 14:30 there will be the usual press conference with coach Stefano Pioli.
