A beautiful sunny day welcomed the Rossoneri back to Milanello this afternoon; Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were also present at the sports centre.
REPORT
Training began in the gym, where the group started with some muscle activation, followed by a series of exercises on the pitch (handball and rondos). The group then worked on possession through a series of high-intensity exercises, followed by a short match on a reduced pitch to end the session.
