THE NEW SEASON STARTS AT MILANELLO

The first training session of the 2020/21 season took place this morning at Milanello. The Rossoneri met at 10:00 CEST to kick off the new campaign. President Paolo Scaroni, CEO Ivan Gazidis, Technical Area Director Paolo Maldini and Sporting Director Frederic Massara were all present to welcome the squad back to work.

Today's work began in earnest at 10:30 local time with the usual warm up. After this, the team was divided into three groups, which rotated through three different zones on the pitch. They did aerobic work, technical exercises and series of drills using low hurdles to work on reactivation of the muscles. To finish, warm down with stretching.
