Tickets for AC Milan's first home game of the UEFA Champions League are available. The game will see the team led by Stefano Pioli face Atlético Madrid at the San Siro stadium on 28 September.
Tickets are on sale online at singletickets.acmilan.com and at the Casa Milan Ticket Office from 12:00 CEST, with a new updated price list.
SALES PHASES
As always, there will be three windows of sale:
Phase 1: Sales reserved for 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders
- The sales window opened at 12:00 CEST on 10 September and will remain open until Sunday 12 September at 23:59
- Each season ticket holder can purchase a maximum of four tickets, exclusively for other 2019/20 season ticket holders
- Tickets are not transferable
Phase 2: Sales reserved for holders of the Cuore Rossonero card
- The sales window will open at 12:00 CEST on 13 September and will remain open until 23:59 on the same day
- Each holder of a Cuore Rossonero card may purchase a maximum of four tickets, exclusively for other holders of a Cuore Rossonero card
- Tickets are not transferable
Phase 3: General sale
- The sales window will open at 10:00 CEST on 14 September and will remain open until seats sell out
- Each fan can purchase a maximum of four tickets
- Tickets are not transferable
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A TICKET
For all those who had already purchased a ticket for the match against Atletico Madrid in the previous phase of sale reserved for season ticket holders between 4 and 5 September, the Club intends to guarantee an experience at the San Siro stadium adequate to the new pricing policies, while preserving total freedom of choice: ticket holders may confirm their sector, modify it, or decide not to attend the match.
- Online tickets: Fans who purchased their ticket online will be automatically refunded and their old ticket will be cancelled, acknowledging the right to purchase a new ticket in the same sector for seven days at the new price. Fans will have a dedicated and privileged procedure available. They will be able to singletickets.acmilan.com and enter the code of their membership card to manage their position.
- Physical tickets: Fans who physically purchased their ticket can go to the Casa Milan Ticket Office to obtain a refund and re-purchase a new ticket at the new price. Also in this case, the Club will guarantee a spot in the sector of the first ticket for a period of seven days.
- Regardless of their initial purchase method, fans can give up the right to re-purchase a ticket in the same sector, should they prefer to access the most sought-after portions of the stadium, in light of the new prices. They will be able to do so by purchasing a new ticket in the new sales windows
- Fans will also have the option to no longer attend the game and simply avail of the refund
- The Club will directly contact fans, via email, providing all the instructions to better manage their position. TICKETS FOR THE NEXT MATCHES
Ticket sales for the next group matches against Porto and Liverpool - on 3 November and 7 December respectively - will open in the coming weeks.
For those who have previously purchased a ticket for the games in question, the same procedure as the AC Milan v Atletico ticket holders applies, with refunds starting immediately, thus removing the need to wait for the new sales window.
