AC MILAN v GENOA: TICKET REFUND PROCEDURES

The method to obtain a refund depends on the point of sale from which the ticket was purchased

AC Milan announces that pursuant to the regulations issued by the Government and the Lega Serie A to tackle the extraordinary emergency of the Coronavirus outbreak the match AC Milan v CFC Genoa will be played behind closed doors. The Club has decided to reimburse the tickets purchased and, given the exceptional situation, holders of season tickets and ticket packages will be refunded too.

The submissions of the refund applications and the relevant payments are different and are based on the points of sale where the ticket, the season ticket or the ticket packages were purchased.

Ticket refund:

  • Purchases made at Casa Milan: customers will have to return the original tickets at the ticket counters c/o Casa Milan. Each customer may ask a refund for up to 4 tickets. The refund will be settled in cash to the applicant that should be one of the holders of the tickets for which the refund is requested, but is not a binding condition. Refund requests will be accepted from March 3 to March 21, 2020
  • Purchases made c/o Vivaticket's network of physical points of sale and at Banco BPM's branches: customers will have to return the original tickets at the points of sale where they were purchased.
