LAST TRAINING IN NEW JERSEY, THEN BALTIMORE

With the last training session held in the morning, AC Milan's stay in New Jersey comes to an end. After lunch, Fonseca's team will travel by train to Baltimore to play the final match of their American tour against Barcelona.

The session started at 10:00 with a muscle activation exercise using cones and low obstacles. This was followed by a situational game in preparation for tomorrow's match against the Catalans, and then a tactical phase with set plays.

TUESDAY 6 AUGUST
The team will arrive in the evening in Baltimore, Maryland, to play the final match of the tournament tomorrow night at M&T Bank Stadium. After the game, the Rossoneri will return to Italy, with arrival in Milan expected in the afternoon of 7 August.
