A win was needed and a win it was. The Rossoneri cruised past Venezia, winning 4-0 with all four goals coming in the first half. It was a big performance which produced the following ten stats:
- AC Milan have scored four goals in their first 30 minutes of a Serie A match for the first time since 19 October 1958, against Alessandria (Schiaffino, brace from Danova and Altafini in that case).
- AC Milan have won a Serie A match and kept a clean sheet for the first time since 6 April: 3-0 against Lecce in that case.
- AC Milan have scored two penalty goals in the first half of a Serie A match for the first time since 20 April 2008, against Reggina.
- Rafael Leão (11 with today's) and Christian Pulisic (10 with today's) are the two players to have provided the most assists in Serie A since the start of last season.
- Théo Hernández has scored more Serie A goals against Venezia than any other team: four, in three games. Theo is, furthermore, the only foreign defender to have scored in each of the last six Serie A seasons.
- Christian Pulisic has both scored and provided an assist in a single Serie A match for the second time in his career in the competition: the previous one was on 18 February, against Monza.
- Four of Youssouf Fofana's 10 goals in the Top-5 European leagues have come since the start of March (three for Monaco and one for AC Milan).
- AC Milan have found the net in the first two minutes of play in a Serie A match (1:28) for the first time since 13 November 2022, also after 1 minute and 28 seconds, with Rafael Leão against Fiorentina.
- Tammy Abraham has been involved in a goal in two consecutive Serie A appearances for the first time since January 2023 (three on that occasion, for Roma).
- Rafael Leão has provided four Serie A assists for Théo Hernández: only to Olivier Giroud has he provided more assists in the competition (four also to Zlatan Ibrahimović).
