ROMERO: "I'M RELAXED AND READY TO SHOW WHAT I CAN DO"

After Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Marco Sportiello and Christian Pulisic, it was Luka Romero's turn to meet the media in his presentation press conference, held at Milanello. Here's what the young Argentinian forward had to say, broadcast live on Milan TV, Youtube, Twitch and the AC Milan Official App:

IMPACT WITH MILANELLO
"I'm delighted to be here; the staff and my teammates have given me a really warm welcome. I like the environment, and I come here to learn lots from a high-level team. I want to stay here because I feel good. The offer came in when I was with Argentina at the U20 World Cup and I had little to think about really: I spoke with Reina and Romagnoli and they assured me that I'd like it here." 

ROLE
"I'll play wherever they Coach puts me. I like to play behind the centre-forward, a bit like Brahim last year, but I'm comfortable in any attacking role. I'm here to help the team and I'll give my all."

BRAHIM
"I always looked up to Ronaldinho and Kaká from AC Milan, but also Brahim is a player I've seen and been inspired by his style of play. I' haven't spoken to Coach Pioli about him, and now there's another player in the squad to 'study' in Pulisic."

SERIE A AND AIMS
"Since playing in Italy, I've developed a lot tactically. It's a long and difficult league campaign, but AC Milan are a team that must have ambitions to win everything, taking one game at a time." 

SHIRT NUMBER
"I've always liked number 18; I was born on that day, as well as many other family members. I chose it for this reason." 

AHEAD OF ONE'S YEARS
"I've never felt pressure because I'm doing something I love, playing football. I realise I'm at a huge Club but I'm not concerned or worried about it; I'm relaxed. When the chance comes to show what I can do, I'll do it."

HEAD COACH AND TEAMMATES
"I'm curious to get to know them all but Leão, who is a great player by the way, has always interested me. I've spoken with Pioli a lot and I like him. We work a lot with the ball in training and this I like."
