ADLI: "READY TO PUT MYSELF TO THE TEST"

Our new signing speaks at Milanello

Another new face. After Divock Origi, today is the day of French midfielder Yacine Adli, who, after arriving from Bordeaux, addressed the fans in a press conference at Milanello and on the official App, Milan TVYoutube and Twitch.

SETTLING IN AT MILANELLO
"I've integrated well into the group, there's a nice family atmosphere, we're working together to improve and to obtain the best results possible. I'm really pleased to be here and to meet back up with some players I already know, many whom are French".

MY PREFERRED ROLE                                                                                                                                                                               "I'm "I'm ready to play anywhere in the midfield, this week the Coach tried me in different positions, the most important thing for me is to be playing. I'm an unconventional player, one of my best qualities is playing the final ball, and having a good vision".

THE GROUP
"I followed very closely the AC Milan games last season, and I saw a strong, tight, collective effort, especially towards the end of the season when no false moves could be made. Here in Italy, the competition is hard work, but AC Milan should always be competing on all fronts and defending titles".

ROLE MODELS
"I had the chance to train with Timothy Weah (son of George) and he always advised me to watch Roberto Baggio. Great champions like him and Zidane are players to look up to without trying to emulate them because it's too difficult. I believe it is important to create your own path and work every day to get better".

LAST SEASON
"It wasn't an easy one, I tried to focus on my role in the team at Bordeaux even if I had AC Milan on my mind, I've been wanting to arrive here in the best shape possible".

THE ASSOCIATION
"It's very close to my heart, I started it up for children in my hometown who are living in difficult situations, to be able to give them the same opportunities that I had. I'm really proud of it, I'm personally involved together with my family and friends".

THE ITALIAN LANGUAGE
"I understand everything but speaking is a little more difficult, I hope to be able to do some interviews in Italian in two or three months".

SERIE A
"Ligue 1 is more physical and there's more contact, Serie A is more tactical based and technical, but I'll get to know it better the more I play in it".
