The match at the Chinetti between Milan Futuro and Pontedera finished in a draw. The final result was 1-1, at the end of a largely balanced game, in which the Rossoneri created more chances. There was a flurry of action at the end of the second half as Camporese put the Rossoneri in front in the 73rd minute before Corona found an equaliser in the 82nd. Throughout the 90 minutes, there were good signs for Milan Futuro, with some great moments, but the final result won't satisfy a group in need of a win right now, a win that hasn't come since the start of February.
Camporese's goal was a deserving opener in a difficult game but Pontedera picked themselves up and managed to equalise from a corner through Corona's header. We will keep going with this same determination in training this week with six games to go, which could become a turning point in this season. There is great quality and small margins, but there is less room for error than ever. Come on, boys.

MATCH OVERVIEW
The first half of the match was generally balanced and both sides were held up by the heavy pitch following the rain. The ball was moving slower than normal and both teams took a little while to adjust. The first real chance of the match for the Rossoneri came in the 42nd with Branca, who let fly from the edge of the box, but Tantalocchi blocked his effort. After the break, we had another good chance through Branca, who saw his shot deflected just over the bar.
Camporese was alert in 50' as he blocked Italeng's effort, but Milan Futuro's attack kept growing. In the 53rd minute, Quirini, who scored in Pineto and struck the bar twice in the same match, hit the woodwork again after getting on the end of Malaspina's cross. The Rossoneri kept pushing and Ianesi won a free kick on the edge of the area (73'): Bartesaghi took it, Tantalocchi responded but the quickest to react was Camporese, who scored from point blank range. Pontedera, however, found a response less than ten minutes later through Corona who headed home from a corner, beating Raveyre and making it 1-1. Our final pressure didn't change the result, despite a great chance for Coubis.
