The Rossonere defender has had an operation on her shoulder
AC Milan women's first team defender Guðný Árnadóttir underwent surgery today to correct an issue in her left shoulder.
The surgery, performed by Prof. Alessandro Castagna, was successful. Guðný will start the rehabilitation process in the coming days.
