A BRACE FOR LIBERALI WITH ITALY U19S

Mattia, Emanuele Sala and Vittorio Magni play 90 minutes in 2-2 draw with Spain in Catanzaro

There was a lot of Rossoneri involvement in a tough match for Italy U19s, who, in Catanzaro yesterday evening, drew with Spain in European qualifying. It finished 2-2 between the Azzurrini and the reigning European champions, with Mattia Liberali taking centre stage. Indeed, the 17-year-old Rossoneri man scored both of Italy's goals, making it 1-1 from the penalty spot and then giving Bollini's side a momentary lead with his head. It's a result that doesn't much help the Azzurrini's situation: on Tuesday, Italy now must beat France in Catanzaro and hope Spain fails to beat Latvia. Vittorio Magni and Emanuele Sala joined Liberali in playing 90 minutes, but Francesco Camarda missed out through suspension.
