AC MILAN PRESENTS "FROM MILAN TO MANY: WATCH PARTIES"

The new format created to be close to the Rossoneri fans across the globe kicks off with events at the Expo 2020 Dubai and at The 40/40 Club in New York City

AC Milan is pleased to launch "From Milan to Many: Watch Parties", a new event format designed for a fanbase that stretches across the globe. This will involve the Club organising get-togethers around the world, allowing local Rossoneri fans to watch their favourite team play in an exclusive location, immersed in a special Rossoneri atmosphere.

"From Milan to Many: Watch Parties" officially kicks off next week, with two events scheduled to take place in the international framework of Expo 2020 Dubai and JAY-Z's exclusive 40/40 Club in New York City. During these events, the UEFA Champions League match between AC Milan and FC Porto and the highly anticipated Milan Derby will be broadcast in Dubai and New York City respectively, two important matches for the Rossoneri and two iconic moments capable of reuniting the great AC Milan family around the world.

The format aims to bridge distances and represents a new way to engage fans, allowing the Club to bring the AC Milan brand and its values around the world, whilst further strengthening the bond between the Club and its over 500 million fans worldwide.

The initiative comes at a time when the world is gradually starting to get back on its feet again following the restrictions brought about by the pandemic, as well as a period of growth for AC Milan on and off the pitch. It aims to build on the international character of the AC Milan brand, as reflected in the numerous partnerships signed in the past two years and in the dedication and desire to share a passion for the Rossoneri colours with millions of fans around the world.

The first two chapters of the initiative will take place on 3 and 7 November, in Dubai and New York City respectively.

3 NOVEMBER - EXPO 2020 DUBAI

AC Milan will host a screening party at the Garden on 1 Sports Lounge at Expo 2020 Dubai when the Rossoneri face FC Porto in the UEFA Champions League on 3 November. Entry is free for all visitors who have a valid Expo 2020 Dubai ticket, with fans attending the event receiving a free AC Milan gift.

With its history and global appeal in mind, the Club will be represented by Rossoneri legend and brand ambassador Daniele Massaro in Dubai. Thanks to our Principal Partner Emirates, Massaro will be travelling to Dubai with some of AC Milan’s most prized possessions. For the occasion, Massaro will be bringing the Champions League trophy won by AC Milan against Barcelona in 1993/94 thanks to a brace from Massaro himself, alongside other famous items of memorabilia, such as the boots and jersey that he wore in that Final.

The trophy and the other memorabilia will be put on display at the Sports Fitness and Wellbeing Hub of Expo 2020 Dubai, where AC Milan has a permanent Academy present for the entire duration of Expo. The boots and the jersey will then be loaned and remain on display at the Garden on 1 Sports Lounge for the remainder of the Expo 2020 Dubai.

Upon arrival at Expo 2020 Dubai, Massaro will also pay a visit to the Emirates Pavilion at the event, in line with the three themes of Expo 2020 Dubai - mobility, opportunity and sustainability. The airline is showcasing two floors that include 10 multi-sensory, immersive experiences that enable visitors to explore the future of commercial aviation and what air travel may look like in 50 years.

7 NOVEMBER - NEW YORK CITY

For the highly-anticipated Milan Derby, AC Milan and Roc Nation, an Entertainment Company founded by JAY-Z, have joined forces with AC Milan Club New York City, with the unmissable showdown between the Rossoneri and Inter set to be broadcast at JAY-Z's exclusive 40/40 Club in Manhattan, on 6 West 25th St.

The event will be free, and the first 250 fans to arrive will receive a gift as an acknowledgement of their passion for the Rossoneri colours.

Daniele Massaro, AC Milan legend and brand ambassador, commented: "I am truly proud of this initiative of the Club that allows us to bring our colours around the world and be close to our fans, even outside of Italy. During my career as a footballer, but also in my role as brand ambassador, I have always experienced and admired the Rossoneri passion, a passion that knows no borders and that is able to inflames the hearts of all fans, in spite of the age, across the globe."
