"ALL THE COLOURS OF SPORT": A NEW SERIES OF MEETINGS IS UNDERWAY

The programme that sees Rossoneri players sharing the values of sport with secondary school students returns

On the International Day of Education, AC Milan is delighted to announce the start of a new season of "All the colours of sport". The programme of meetings between the Rossoneri's professional players and secondary school students seeks to further the Club's vision and duty to spread the positive values of sport and to tackle all forms of prejudice and discrimination.

Already in its eighth edition, the programme was born out of AC Milan's sense of duty to share with the younger generations the positive values of sport and to enhance the path of awareness-raising already in place in schools on topics such as tolerance and inclusivity.

Last season, "All the colours of sport" involved over 50 school classes and a total of over 1,000 pupils in five meetings with players from the Men's and Women's First Teams. A wide range of topics was discussed, such as education, diversity and gender equality. The talks were attended both in person and via available digital platforms.

"Being able to continue to support secondary schools is a real source of pride for us," said Martino Roghi, CSR & Sustainability Manager at AC Milan, "and is yet another display of the care that our Club takes as per the education of the younger generations. Our goal is to contribute in terms of giving them all the tools they need to strive towards positive cultural change."

The programme falls under the auspices of the wider RespAct Manifesto for social equity, equality and inclusivity. The Manifesto clarifies and solidifies the Club's vision and sense of duty as a conscious social institution that is aware of its role within its territory and local community.
