AC Milan and Milanisti Indonesia (a local AC Milan fan club) have joined forces to host a special "From Milan to Many" screening event tomorrow, Sunday 13 November, at the Hotel Borobudur, in the heart of Jakarta, for the AC Milan v Fiorentina game.
The event will kick off at 9:00pm local time and will see the participation of AC Milan legend Daniele Massaro, who will be bringing the 2021/22 Scudetto Trophy and will be meeting the local fanbase. As part of the event, there will also be a raffle to win signed jerseys provided by the Club and Fondazione Milan.
Ahead of the event, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm local time, the Hotel Borobudur will also host a special meet and greet with Daniele Massaro, giving fans the opportunity to meet with an AC Milan legend and pose for a picture with the symbol of last season’s league triumph.
The visit to Jakarta will be an opportunity for the Rossoneri to give back to the passionate Indonesian fanbase, but it will also provide a moment of reflection and concrete support following the recent Kanjuruhan Stadium disaster, which claimed the lives of over 130 people.
To honour the memory of the victims, a minute of silence will be held at the "From Milan to Many" event in Jakarta before the start of the AC Milan vs Fiorentina game, whilst Milanisti Indonesia will use the platform created by AC Milan to collect donations for the victims of the Kanjuruhan Stadium disaster.
The events hosted in Jakarta are part of the AC Milan Trophy Tour, a global tour in partnership with the Rossoneri's long-standing partner Emirates that sees the Club take the 2021/22 Scudetto Trophy on the road to meet Rossoneri fans around the world. The Tour previously stopped in London and New York City, where the Club hosted events for over 2,500 fans and is now in South-East Asia.
As part of the South-East Asia leg of the Tour, AC Milan and long-standing partner PUMA also hosted a special meet and greet with AC Milan legend Daniele Massaro last night at PUMA’s Flagship Store in Singapore.
The Tour has been designed with a fan-centred approach, with the Club organising get-togethers around the world, allowing local Rossoneri fans to gather in a special AC Milan atmosphere and celebrate the passion for the red and black colours.
The AC Milan Trophy Tour aims to bridge distances and represents a new way for the Rossoneri to engage fans, allowing the Club to bring the AC Milan brand and its values around the world, whilst further strengthening the bond between the Club and its over 500 million fans worldwide.
