To celebrate AC Milan's 2021/22 Serie A victory and its 19th league title win overall, the Club is delighted to announce that it will take the Scudetto trophy on the road to meet Rossoneri fans around the world as part of a global tour, in partnership with the Club's long-standing partner Emirates.
The AC Milan Trophy Tour in partnership with Emirates has been designed with a fan-centred approach, with the Club organising get-togethers around the world, allowing local Rossoneri fans to gather in a special Rossoneri atmosphere and celebrate the passion for the red and black colours. The special fan events will be part of the "From Milan to Many" series, which over the past few months has brought the AC Milan colours around the globe with screening parties at Expo 2020 Dubai and in New York City.
The tour aims to bridge distances and represents an additional way for the Club to engage with its fans, allowing the Rossoneri to bring the AC Milan brand and its values around the world, whilst further strengthening the bond between the Club and its over 500 million fans worldwide.
Casper Stylsvig, Chief Revenue Officer of AC Milan, commented: "We are truly delighted to kick off this global tour with Emirates and give back to our fans that have so passionately celebrated the Scudetto at the end of last season. Being able to take the trophy on tour around the globe is a testament to the international nature of AC Milan and of the passion of our international fanbase."
The first leg of the AC Milan Trophy Tour will officially kick off in October, when the Rossoneri will visit the UK and the USA, two important markets for the Club with over 30 million Rossoneri fans overall. In particular, AC Milan is the most-followed Serie A club in the USA according to Nielsen and has been found to be the best-regarded Italian club in the US region for two years in a row by international market research and data analytics YouGov.
More dates will be added to the AC Milan Trophy Tour and announced officially in the next few weeks.
