AC MILAN AND UNIVERSITIES: ANOTHER SEASON OF SYNERGY OVER

Once again, the Club made its know-how available to promote the values of sport: the details

Like every year, during the 2021/22 season, AC Milan made its professionalism and know-how available to the most prestigious academic institutions throughout Italy, with the aim of passing on expertise, working methodologies and experience, thus contributing to the conscious growth of future generations and the development of the talents of tomorrow.

AC Milan's commitment to universities and post-graduate training courses first and foremost takes the form of contributions from Rossoneri managers and professionals, both online as well as in person. In such meetings, among other things, the Club engages in productive dialogue with the most ambitious aspiring industry professionals, in turn drawing insights for growth and innovation from their active involvement and from the ideas and insights generated through discussion and project work proposed by the Rossoneri professionals in relation to various topics.

The activities carried out also include visits to the offices and Studios of Casa Milan, project collaborations and participations in academic Career Days. Through this synergy with universities, the Club also aspires to identify and develop young professional figures who can form a talent pool to which it can turn with a view to generating new professional opportunities for the strengthening and possible expansion of its team.

Over the years, in fact, AC Milan has provided numerous internship opportunities alongside leading universities and masters and business schools throughout Italy and collaborated with various institutions at European level, too. As proof of the Club's willingness to invest in the enhancement of talent both on and off the pitch, it is precisely from these types of pathways that almost 100% of entry-level personnel added to the staff over the last four seasons have been recruited.

In interacting with students, the Club is not only able to convey AC Milan's soul and philosophy of work, but also talk about its daily operations and the professionals involved in daily work. On the one hand, this allows the Club to provide students with a concrete idea of how the environment in which it operates is structured; on the other hand, it simultaneously makes its reputation as an employer interesting and appealing to potential candidates.

According to a 2021 report by Glassdoor, an online job search and review platform, in-depth knowledge of the work environment for which one is applying is a priority for potential job seekers. In fact, 86% of those looking for jobs consult employer reviews before deciding whether to apply for a position, while 50% would not consider working for a company with a bad reputation, even with a prospective pay rise. Finally, 92% would consider changing their current job if they received an offer from an employer with an excellent reputation.

Both on and off the pitch, AC Milan is at the forefront of nurturing talent and helping to shape a future with a solid foundation and ambitious goals.
