An AC Milan player since 2015, the Rossoneri captain since 2018: Alessio Romagnoli is a veteran of the side and an important figure in the group. The Italian has made almost 250 appearances for the Diavolo, a significant number and one which is continually growing. Kjær's absence has meant that Romagnoli has had to shoulder even more responsibility, while it has also led to more playing time. He's always been ready, displaying professionalism, focus and quality in the process.
