HERNÁNDEZ IS THE MVP FROM AC MILAN v NAPOLI

Theo turned on the turbo: the winning goal and the performance of a leader

The Rossoneri are enjoying a great run of form, and Theo Hernández is at the heart of it. In 2024, the French full-back has gone up a gear, with his display against Napoli providing further confirmation of this. Simply unstoppable down the flank, he burst into space and added the finish to make it 1-0 and send San Siro into raptures.

The teams were starting to increasingly cancel each other out, but the Frenchman suddenly came to life, scoring the goal that secured a vital three points on matchday 23 in Serie A. It was trademark Theo as he saw an opportunity, charged forward at full speed and, having received the ball from Leão, managed to beat Gollini at his near post.

After his standout performances against Cagliari and Empoli, Theo continues to be decisive and has now won his third MVP award this year. On this occasion, our No.19 received more votes than Gabbia, who produced a solid and attentive display in defence, and Yacine Adli, who did some diligent defensive work and was composed in possession, from the Rossoneri fans who had their say on the AC Milan Official App.

In addition to his fantastic numbers, he displayed character and leadership against the Partenopei. With Calabria having come off in the first half, he wore the captain's armband for the entire second period, acting as a point of reference during the most delicate moments of the game. Well done, Theo, and keep it up!
