GIROUD IS THE MVP FROM JUVENTUS v AC MILAN

If you get one shot, one opportunity, sings Eminem. And one chance was all that Olivier Giroud needed to leave a long-lasting mark in AC Milan's 1-0 success away to Juventus. It's a win that confirms the Rossoneri's place in next season's Champions League, and a goal that gives him the MVP of the match after being voted for by fans via the AC Milan Official App.

The Rossoneri number 9 bagged his first career goal against the Bianconeri and it couldn't have come at a better time. For Oli, it is his twelfth of the league campaign and his fifth header, a stat that no other player in Europe's top-five leagues has bettered in this 2022/23 season.

Again, this year, Giroud has been the man of the moment, scoring some crucial goals both home and away in deciding results and realising the Rossoneri's fortunes. It's still early days in his relationship with the Club, but Oli has already provided some stellar and unforgettable moments.
