Coming from the youth sector of Atalanta, Roberto Donadoni was the first signing completed by Silvio Berlusconi. A darting winger, he further developed as a pillar of the midfield line where he expressed his inborn class and extraordinary game vision. After scoring the first goal in the Sacchi’s era in Pisa, he won everything with the coach from Fusignano, and continued his successful career also under the guidance of Capello. In 1995 he moved to New York Metrostars, but two years later he returned to Milan to celebrate the Scudetto and the club’s 100th anniversary.
