The Milan Academy Nynäshamn in Sweden was launched in 2018 in collaboration with Red Fire Black Fear, with the aim of offering an educational and sporting programme to young people between the ages of 13 and 19. 

Fabio Vannoni, Official AC Milan Academy Head Coach, is responsible for coordinating activities and the training of local coaches. During his regular visits, he introduces AC Milan coaching programmes to the young players involved with the Academy, enabling them to improve their technical and tactical ability while expressing their passion on the pitch.

Filip Goethals, President and Technical Director of the Academy: "The project births the will to unite an elite football side with education, creating a healthy environment where students can improve themselves, following a process of sporting and personal growth with the key points being the philosophy and values of the Rossoneri. The long-term objective is to develop highly qualified players, who will find success in their playing careers thanks to a forward-thinking methodology like the one you can find here at AC Milan."

Filip Goethals, Manager för Milanakademin: “Projektet fick sitt ursprung från strävan att sammanväva elit-fotbollsutbildning men skolstudier, skapa un sund och konkurrenskraftig miljö där spelarna kan utvecklas via en sportslig och personlig väg vars huvudpunkter är klubbens filosofi och värderingar. Det långsiktiga målet är att utbilda och utveckla spelare på hög nivå och förhoppningsvis vara kvalificerade för att lyckas i sina framtida fotbollskarriärer tack vare den senaste av metodologier, som den i AC Milan.

• Milan Academy U14 - Ages 13-15
  A fine-tuning of the children's understanding of offensive and defensive phases of the game; a more in-depth focus on various playing systems, an introduction to different tactics through team exercises. The consolidation of a footballing philosophy and identity based on ball possession as the result of all of the children's training in their various stages of growth.
• Milan Academy U18 - Ages 16-18
  A programme centred on the specialisation of the technique, tactics, psychology and physicality required for elite competitive football.
