This is one of the most prestigious and important victories of the season. 3-1 at the PUMA House of Football, the product of a fantastic second half: goals from Zeroli, Traorè and Sia; Corfitzen's goal was simply a consolation. Beating the leaders Lecce, undefeated in the league since the beginning of November, sends out a strong message: it provides confidence and energy ahead of the final stretch with the aim of staying clear of a relegation battle. The Rossoneri Primavera we saw today is more than capable of this.
Good start, solid first half, and a clinical second half at Vismara. The big difference was the first two goals which were scored in quick succession, but the entirety of Abate's Rossoneri should be proud of a very complete performance. Three golden points in the matchday 29 of Primavera 1, AC Milan rise to 36 points and increase their lead (4 points, depending on other results) over the relegation zone. The next game is not far off, on Wednesday 10 May at 16:30 CEST the boys travel to Bergamo, where they will face Atalanta.

MATCH REPORT
Leaders Lecce tried to impose themselves, but AC Milan were alert and even courageous in joining the fight. There were early warning signs: in the 8th minute, El Hilali's shot was deflected; in the 10th minute, Corfitzen beat Bozzolan and put in a cross, Nava defended well; in the 16th minute, Salomaa's shot was blocked by Coubis. After a good start, Traorè had a chance in the 20th minute, but sent it over. The same outcome, albeit from further away, when McJannet shot. As time went on, the opponents' possession and pressure increased, but Abate's boys got into half time with relative ease at 0-0.
At the start of the second half, the game became open in the space of a few minutes, thanks to the Rossoneri, as they took the lead and then doubled it. In the 46th minute Bozzolan crossed, Zeroli fired a low shot into the corner. In the 50th minute El Hilali took off down the wing and played it to Traorè, who couldn't miss from close range. A deadly one-two blow, one from which the Giallorossi struggled to recover: McJannet and Corfitzen both went close, before the latter got Lecce back into the game in the 84th minute with a left-footed finish. In the final minutes the guests threw everything forward, but without creating any real chances. The Diavolo, on the other hand, made it three in the 95th minute when, on the counter, Sia made it 3-1, followed swiftly by the final whistle.
