The Primavera recorded their second win of the season as they beat Cagliari 2-0 thanks to a Chaka Traorè free-kick and Jordan Longhi's second late in the day. It was a tricky game, which our young side dealt with perfectly. They played with courage and personality against last season's semi-finalists. After three wins in their first four league games this season, a win as convincing as this one was of great importance and clearly marks this team's growth over the past few weeks.
These three points at Vismara are just rewards at the end of a tough week, in which Incorvaia was added to an injury list that already includes D'Alessio and Perruccio. The response given on the pitch and now the Rossoneri will need to back it up with a big performance against Dinamo Zagreb in the UEFA Youth League on Wednesday.

REPORT
The first big chance of the game fell the way of Bob Omoregbe, who skipped past the goalkeeper and fired goalwards from a tight angle, only for Masala to clear it off the line (10'). Cagliari responded and the chance was even more clear-cut: Vitale received Palomba's ball in but sent his effort wide from two yards out. AC Milan were grateful and struck through Traorè in the 31st minute, his free-kick handing the Rossoneri the lead. Chaka's first goal of the season had our boys one up at the break.
Cagliari were aggressive to start the season half and Delpupo struck the crossbar with a free-kick. AC Milan responded with chances for Zeroli and Longhi, the latter having come on for El Hilali at the break. The guests' drive was exhausted and the Rossoneri got back on the front foot, threatening through Omoregbe whose effort was pushed onto the crossbar by Lolić. The chance was just the prelude to Longhi doubling Milan's lead as he latched onto the loose ball following a mistake by the Cagliari defence and stuck it away past the onrushing goalkeeper. It ended 2-0 to AC Milan.
