Welcome back, AC Milan Primavera. Tomorrow at 11:00 CEST, the Rossoneri’s U19s will officially begin their season. At the Centro Sportivo Asseminello, Coach Federico Giunti’s side have a difficult away match against Cagliari, who were a revelation last year and managed to finish in second place behind Atalanta. Following their convincing promotion last term, the Rossoneri will make their return to the Primavera 1 division in Sardinia.

There are many familiar faces and new players in the squad, with the Diavolo aiming to make their mark in a very competitive league. There have been some encouraging signs in the friendlies that the Primavera have played against Serie C sides during pre-season. First, the Rossoneri beat Piacenza 1-0, while a 2-2 draw against Pro Patia followed. Finally, there was a 3-2 victory over Giana Erminio. Now, however, the serious action is set to begin.
