MILANELLO: TECHNICAL WORK, POSSESSION AND TACTICS

The Rossoneri were in early this morning for breakfast at Milanello, before heading out for their penultimate training session ahead of the next league fixture against Roma at the Stadio Olimpico on Friday 1 September.

A muscle activation routine in the gym started things off before the players headed out onto the grass to carry out some rondos, a series of technical drills and ball possession activities. The session continued with a tactical phase and ended with a training game on a reduced-sized pitch.

THURSDAY 31 AUGUST
Tomorrow sees Coach Pioli hold a press conference at 11:30 CEST, while training will take place in the afternoon before leaving for Rome.
