MILANELLO: ROSSONERI TRAINING RESUMES

Having returned from Dubai last night, the Rossoneri met today at Milanello for lunch before heading to the dressing room for today's training session.

REPORT
Work began in the gym with muscle activation before going to the raised pitch to finish the warm-up with some athletic exercises performed. Once the first part was over, the team began ball work with a series of possession drills. 

Training continued with some technical drills focused on finishing before the usual training match on a reduced pitch which ended today's session.
