TECHNICAL AND BALL POSSESSION WORK

After meeting up for breakfast, the team got down to work at Milanello this morning. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were both in attendance to watch today’s events unfold.

REPORT
The Rossoneri immediately took to the raised pitch, where they initially warmed up with the aid of cones and resistance bands. Then, the team were divided into two groups to complete a series of technical drills. The session continued with ball possession work and more technical exercises, this time with a focus on finishing. A practice match on a small pitch brought proceedings to a close.
