MILANELLO WELCOMES BACK THE ROSSONERI

Training resumed at Milanello, where the team met for lunch after the two days of training via zoom. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were also in attendance to watch the session.

REPORT
The Rossoneri began in the gym where they did muscle activation before going out onto the pitch to continue warming up with some conditioned rondos. Then the group was divided into two groups which alternated in a series of strength, aerobic and technical exercises. Finally, there was the usual training match on a scaled-down pitch.

FRIDAY 31 DECEMBER
