A MORNING SESSION FOR THE ROSSONERI

After meeting up for breakfast at Milanello, the Rossoneri got down to work ahead of their next league fixture, which will see them face Fiorentina on the road at 20:45 CET on Saturday 20 November. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were both in attendance to watch today’s session.

The group kicked things off in the gym, where they warmed up and performed a series of strength exercises using the equipment there. With the first part of the session over, the Rossoneri headed onto the pitch, where they did running, sprinting and agility work without the ball.
