INTENSITY AND TACTICS IN TRAINING

Two days before their match against Juventus at the Dignity Health Sports Park, home of Los Angeles Galaxy, the Rossoneri returned to the pitch at the BMO Stadium to hold a double session.

It was an intense day of work as the team worked on the pitch and in the gym. In the morning, having made their way outside at around 10:00, the Rossoneri completed a brief warm-up before taking part in a handball match on a small pitch where they had to score with headers.

The game then continued with the ball at the players’ feet; it was highly intense with very few touches allowed. The group finished the morning in the gym. Meanwhile, the afternoon session was completely dedicated to tactics ahead of the team’s next Soccer Champions Tour fixture.

On the eve of their game against Juventus, the Rossoneri will get down to work in the afternoon.
