OFFICIAL STATEMENT: LUKA JOVIĆ

This morning in Belgrade Luka Jović, accompanied by a member of AC Milan's medical staff, underwent surgery to reinforce the left inguinal canal.

The operation, carried out by Dr. Zarko Vuckovic to solve the pubalgia problem, was perfectly successful. Jović will stay in Belgrade for eight days of convalescence before returning to Milanello where he will begin the rehabilitation programme aimed at regaining his competitiveness. The recovery time is estimated at four weeks.
