FROM SAN SIRO TO THE WORLD: THE DERBY WILL BE A GLOBAL CLASH

San Siro sold out, fans in over 150 countries are ready to show their support for the Rossoneri in "AC Milan is forever", a campaign launched today by the Club to involve and excite over 500 million fans worldwide

Edition 232 of the Milan derby, that next goes live on Saturday at 18:30 CEST, is a worldwide phenomenon. The stadium is sold out with over 75,000 expectant fans, even the Premium VIP area hospitality special "Club 1899" has no remaining tickets left.

From Indonesia to Japan, Trinidad and Tobago to Brazil, and even China, Australia and Canada, over 150 countries will be broadcasting the match live through more than 20 TV cameras at the stadium. There will be a drone camera to see all the pre-match hype and build-up, including the team's arrival at the stadium by coach, from high above, and the Spider Cam, that will fly over the pitch to give fans a breathtaking view of the play. Even the press area will be full with over 150 journalists and 29 photographers coming from all over the world.

The game's worldwide attraction can also be seen from supporters' nationalities and backgrounds from those who have bought tickets. Out of the 75,000 tickets sold, more than 10,000 have been from overseas, with around 145 different nationalities represented.

The clash on Saturday will not only be a sporting one but also about two brands capable of gaining international attention. Thanks in part to results on the pitch, and engaging commercial and consumer activities, AC Milan has maintained its strong and renewed global appeal. Recent studies by research institutes YouGov and Brand Finance have shown that the Club is currently one of the fastest rising brands in football and one of the most followed football clubs all over the world.

"AC MILAN IS FOREVER"
For the Derby, a game that makes every Rossoneri fans' heart beat that little more, the Club has today launched the "AC Milan is forever" campaign, a series of physical and digital initiatives that will connect and excite more than 500 millions fans worldwide.

One of these is a special Walk-In in the famous tattoo studio Spektrum Tattoo, where fans will be able to choose various tattoo designs and have their passion forever imprinted on their skin. The six tattoo proposals have been decided by fans after a poll was conducted on the app of the Rossoneri's Partner Socios.

Furthermore, tomorrow will see a special hero video launch from the entire campaign with images dedicated to the Rossoneri's relationship with its supporters that grows deeper and more important by the year.

Finally, there will be several events and initiatives organised for our youngest fans.

"AC MILAN FOR ALL" #RespAct
The Club initiative "Il Milan per tutti" (AC Milan for all) continues to grow and strengthen. It is a project that provides free accessibility to everyone and is part of a bigger Club manifesto named "RespAct". For the occasion, the Club has selected a few long-standing supporters to be able to return to the stadium and be part of the matchday experience once again.

CASA MILAN, THE HEART OF THE ROSSONERI FAMILY
Also at the heart of the Rossoneri supporters matchday experience, Casa Milan, preparations are done. The Club's modern HQ will open its doors at 09:00 CEST to allow fans to experience a day at the home of AC Milan. Waiting for them there is the Mondo Milan Museum, where you can relive the Club's most historic moments and title-winning victories (also on show is the Scudetto trophy), and the Casa Milan Bistrot, born in collaboration with partner Segafredo Zanetti. The AC Milan store, where it will be possible to purchase official merchandise and the new 2022/23 collection, and the stadium ticket office will open as usual at 10:00 CEST.

SPECIAL SPONSOR EVENTS
For the big match, Socios has decided it will launch its own Sky Box at the game and will reveal its name following a recent contest organised by the partner.

Bitmex, sleeve partner of the Club, will invite its two winners of the contest "Earn the Play" to the stadium, where they will have a three-day experience. They will have a special "pre-match experience", before then watching the game, before ending on Monday with a visit to the Museum and Casa Milan.
