PULISIC IS THE MVP FROM BOLOGNA v AC MILAN

A scintillating debut. Christian Pulisic lit up the show and put on an excellent display in his first competitve appearance in the Rossoneri shirt. At Dall'Ara, the American wideman kicked off his AC Milan adventure in the best possible way; he was lively and inspired from the start: his cross for Reijnders led to an assist by the Dutchman for Giroud's opener, and then his powerful and accurate right-footed strike from distance doubled the away side's lead, a goal that crowned off an impressive individual performance.

Thanks to voters on the AC Milan Official App, the American has been awarded as the best player on the pitch in Bologna v AC Milan after receiving more than 50% of the vote, ahead of teammates Tijjani Reijnders and Olivier Giroud.

It was important to start off on the right foot, and the 2-0 away win at Bologna gave Coach Pioli's side their first three points of the season. During the game, Pulisic put all his qualities on show.
