THIAW IS THE MVP FROM MONZA v AC MILAN

Malick Thiaw has once again taken centre stage. After being chosen as the best player in the last-16 first-leg tie against Tottenham, the German defender has for the second time running been voted as the MVP, in the game between Monza v AC Milan, by the Rossoneri supporters through the AC Milan Official App.

This time round, the stage was matchday 23 in Serie A, with three important points up for grabs. Malick also showed his threat in attack, going mightily close to grabbing his first-ever goal for the Diavolo from a set-piece. From the preferences expressed by the Milanisti, Thiaw came ahead of teammate Junior Messias - the match-winner - and Ciprian Tătărușanu. Well done, Malick!
